  • 3/4oz Lemon Juice
  • 1/2oz Pinapple Juice
  • 3/4oz Herb Syrup
  • 1/2oz St.Elder 
  • 1 1/2oz Bombay Sapphire Gin 
  • cucumber slice 
  • Cayenne Pepper 

 

Bar Equipment: Jigger, Shaker, Strainer

 

Glass: Coup Glass 

 

Instructions

  1. Using your Jigger pour 3/4oz Lime juice, 1/2oz Pineapple, 3/4oz Herb syrup, 1/2oz St. Germain, and 1 1/2oz Bombay Sapphire Gin into shaker
  2. Add 2 slices of cucumber 
  3. Shake with ice
  4. Strain into Coup glass 
  5. Sprinkle Cayenne pepper on the top 
  6. Add cucumber garnish
