- 3/4oz Lemon Juice
- 1/2oz Pinapple Juice
- 3/4oz Herb Syrup
- 1/2oz St.Elder
- 1 1/2oz Bombay Sapphire Gin
- cucumber slice
- Cayenne Pepper
Bar Equipment: Jigger, Shaker, Strainer
Glass: Coup Glass
Instructions
- Using your Jigger pour 3/4oz Lime juice, 1/2oz Pineapple, 3/4oz Herb syrup, 1/2oz St. Germain, and 1 1/2oz Bombay Sapphire Gin into shaker
- Add 2 slices of cucumber
- Shake with ice
- Strain into Coup glass
- Sprinkle Cayenne pepper on the top
- Add cucumber garnish
