Bar Equipment: Jigger, Muddler, Bar Spoon, Peeler 

 

Glass: Rocks Glass 

 

Instructions 

  1. This drink is built right in the glass 
  2. Drop one brown sugar cube 
  3. Add 2 sprays of Absinthe Ordinaire
  4. Muddle the sugar cube until it is fine consistency 
  5. Using your jigger pour 1oz Aperol, and 2oz Bulleit Rye Whisky into Rocks glass
  6. Add ice and stir for 15-20 seconds 
  7. Peel orange zest 
  8. Twist and drop into your drink 
  9. Add Maraschino cherry
