  • 1 1/2oz Beet Ginger Tumeric Syrup  
  • 2oz Pelotón Mezcal
  • 4 Sprays of Green Chartreuse 

 

Bar Equipment: Jigger, Shaker

 

Glass: Rocks Glass 

 

Instructions

  1. Using your jigger pour 1/2oz Lime Juice, 1 1/2oz Beet Ginger Tumeric Syrup, 2oz Peloton Mezcal, and add 4 Sprays of Green Chartreuse into your shaker
  2. Add ice to your rocks glass and shaker 
  3. Shake and strain over ice 
  4. Cut and garnish Lime
