Bar Equipment: Jigger, Shaker, Strainer

 

Glass: Rocks 

 

Instructions 

  1. Using your jigger pour 1oz Lemon Juice, 1oz Honey Syrup, and 2oz Maker's Mark Bourbon into your shaker 
  2. Add ice into both your shaker and glass 
  3. Shake and strain over ice 
  4. Take your Pinot Project and lightly pour your wine around the top of your drink
  5. Add lemon wheel garnish
