  • 1oz Honey Syrup 
  • 1 1/2oz Mango Puree
  • 1 1/2oz Lime Juice
  • Ginger Beer Topper 

 

Bar Equipment: Jigger, Shaker, Muddler, Strainer 

 

Glass: Copper Mug

 

Instruction:

  1. Using your jigger add 1oz Honey Syrup, 1 1/2oz Mango Puree, and 1 1/2oz Lime Juice to your shaker
  2. Add 2-3 cucumber slices and muddle
  3. Add ice, then shake and strain into your mug 
  4. Add ice and top with ginger beer
