  • Star Anise  

 

Bar Equipment: Jigger, Shaker

 

Glass: Rocks Glass 

 

Instructions

  1. Using your jigger pour 3/4oz Lemon Juice, 3/4oz Apple Cinnamon Syrup, 1/2oz Fig Preserve, and 2oz Bacardí Gold into your shaker
  2. Add ice into both your shaker and glass 
  3. Shake and strain over ice 
  4. Grate and add Star Anise
