- 3/4oz Aperol
- 3/4oz Martini and Rossi Rosso
- 1oz Espolon Blanco
- 1oz Banhez Mezcal
- Angostura Bitters
- Orange Zest
Bar Equipment: Jigger, Julep Strainer, Stirring Beaker
Glass: Coup
Instructions
- Chill Coup glass by placing it in a fridge, or by putting two pieces of ice in it.
- Using your Jigger pour 3/4oz Aperol, 3/4oz Martini and Rossi Rosso, 1oz of Espolon Blanco, and 1oz Banhez Mezcal into your stirring beaker
- Add ice and stir for 15-20 seconds
- Place your Julep strainer on the top of your beaker to prevent the ice from falling out when you pour
- Dump the ice from your coup glass and pour ingredients into glass
- Add 2 dashes of angostura bitters
- Slice and twist orange peel then drop into your drink
