  • 3/4oz Martini and Rossi Rosso  
  • 1oz Espolon Blanco 
  • 1oz Banhez Mezcal 
  • Angostura Bitters
  • Orange Zest 

 

Bar Equipment: Jigger, Julep Strainer, Stirring Beaker 

 

Glass: Coup

 

Instructions

  1. Chill Coup glass by placing it in a fridge, or by putting two pieces of ice in it.
  2. Using your Jigger pour 3/4oz Aperol, 3/4oz Martini and Rossi Rosso, 1oz of Espolon Blanco, and 1oz Banhez Mezcal into your stirring beaker 
  3. Add ice and stir for 15-20 seconds 
  4. Place your Julep strainer on the top of your beaker to prevent the ice from falling out when you pour
  5. Dump the ice from your coup glass and pour ingredients into glass 
  6. Add 2 dashes of angostura bitters 
  7. Slice and twist orange peel then drop into your drink
