  • 1oz Honey Syrup 
  • 2oz Tanqueray Gin
  • 3-4 Blackberries
  • 4-5 Mint Leaves 
  • Lemon Garnish 
  • Mint Stem 

 

Bar Equipment: Jigger, Shaker, Strainer

 

Glass: Collins 

 

Instructions  

  1. Using your jigger pour 3/4oz Lime Juice, 1oz Honey Syrup, 2oz Tanqueray Gin, add 3-4 Blackberries and 4-5 Mint Leaves. 
  2. Shake and strain over ice into your Rocks glass 
  3. Cut and add Lemon garnish 
  4. Rinse mint stem with cold water
  5. Smack and add to drink
